Since our inception, EIM Services
has been totally focused on building a strategic, quality search practice
EIM Services, Inc. was established in 2014, and is incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We provide day-to-day administrative functions in-house to enable our clients to focus on more important issues and activities. We maintain the highest levels of corporate and personal integrity. We adapt to industry best practices when servicing our clients.
Our mission
We provide other accounting services, corporate finance and other financial management services to small businesses and to accounting firms that provide accounting and financial support services to large public agencies.
Entrepreneurial spirit always resided in me all of my life, starting with my own paper route at 13. In 2009, with the help, direction and encouragement of a career transition counselor, my business was started in January 2009 in the midst of an economic down turn. Three years later, we are blessed and fortunate to be going and growing. What makes this amazing is Joe’s office was just two blocks from my house where we have lived for 17 years.

PresidentEtienne Bakoua
Mr. Bakoua is a graduate of the Duquesne University Graduate School of Business where he earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA). He also holds a Master’s Degree in French law from the University of Rennes in France and a post graduate degree (Diplome d’Etudes Supèrieures Specialisées) in Business Administration from the Management Institute of Rennes (Institut de Gestion de Rennes).

Anita Covington
Ms. Covington has completed undergraduate studies at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA and secured a Bachelors (BS) Degree in Business Leadership. She holds a Master of Arts (MA) Degree in Social Justice from Marygrove College in Detroit, Michigan.
